“Workout complete. Pretty quick, but I'm still winded. Length will probably increase as I increase the weight.”

yeah, I saw some pictures of that kind of thing - Logical Extremes

Bow-chicka-wow-wow. - Anika Malone
@Anika lol - anna awesomesauce
haha, are we talking about Kegal exercises here? ;) - Nicholas Kreidberg
i've increased the 'wait' length before i start working out again.... - Morgan Haley
Your a machine! - orionstarr
Wow...LOL! I woulda never thought. - ♫ Rahsheen™
I like running, I just don't have patience or excitement for weights? - orionstarr
Opposite for me. If I do 20-30 minutes of weights maybe 3 days a week and I will get a little cardio in while I build muscle and lose fat. I don't have the patience to do straight cardio, though. I'd have to be playing a sport or something. - ♫ Rahsheen™
I used to not like weights either...I think working at a gym for a few months is what made the difference. Got me thinking differently. - ♫ Rahsheen™
i figure that since i send a payment to the gym every month, i shouldn't have to go there and work out. - Morgan Haley
I could use a workout (at a gym with weights for all you all with your minds elsewhere) right about now. - Daryl Burns
That's exactly what they're expecting you to do. How they make money. Majority of people just pay every month and you never know they exist. - ♫ Rahsheen™
Good point when I was part of a gym I did more toning and lifting. Now I just run, run and run more! So I'm slim and tone but not ripped like you. - orionstarr
Other problem with me and cardio is that I'm skinny by default. No matter what I do. If I do too much cardio, I'll become a skeleton. That would be gross. - ♫ Rahsheen™
I'm like you. I hate cardio that's not associated with some type of sport (usually soccer). I love lifting weights. Love is probably a strong word but I do enjoy strengh training and the tired but satisfied feeling I get after a good workout. - Daryl Burns
Yea I love ultimate frisbee, I play every week with my friends this is a great cardio sport! I love running though to I do consider it a sport, just more of a solo one. - orionstarr
I'm the opposite- need to do almost all cardio, weight training adds too much bulk (farm girl physique) - anna awesomesauce
It's weird. I'll run all day if a soccer field is involved but I don't really like to run outside of that context. My Dad and Mom are big runners but I've never seen the appeal. - Daryl Burns
@Daryl for me it's more of a mental release. - orionstarr
HAHA, Same here with the soccer, Daryl. I will chase the ball, chase a forward/halfback whatever. I just can't run just to be running. I think there is a mental zen-type thing involved with that that I just can't get into. - ♫ Rahsheen™
Yea it's called the runner's high! - orionstarr
I felt that way with basketball, then started running to get better at basketball, now bball is too accident prone so now just run. It's not fun but it's definitely the most efficient workout for a busy schedule. - anna awesomesauce
You folks make me proud. As for gym activities, if I'm not punching or kicking, I'm unable to be amused. - MiɳiMagɘ (Sexy Scimitar)
@ Orionstarr that's what my Dad says. Running clears his head. He works through math problems in his head while he's running. Why he finds that fun I'll never know. :-) - Daryl Burns
I've experienced the runner's high before. I took some ROTC courses in college one of them being PT (Physical Training). It took about 2 months but I was finally able to break through the mental/physical wall. Once that happened I felt like I could run for days. - Daryl Burns
