"The M9 is so simple that I use it set to German menus, and it's still far easier to operate than any DSLR in English. I shot these all week with a single SanDisk 8GB Extreme III SD card, downloading and backing it up every night, then reformatting it every morning. I shot 6.5GB (286 shots) on my biggest day, so I never had to break out a second card, and I shot everything in DNG + JPG at about 23 MB total per shot. Likewise, I popped in a freshly-charged M9 battery each morning, and it always lasted the day."

"I recently switched from my AT&T iPhone to Sprint’s HTC Hero. Now although the Hero is not a pure Android phone (it’s the HTC Sense, which is a modified form of Android), it gives the same experience that Android gives (only with an HTC “bent” to the package). Through this phone, I have come to once again enjoy my mobile experience. There are so many differences between the iPhone and the Hero, so many aspects of the Hero to really help you get your mobile geek on. But for the purposes of this article, I had to pick just 10. So I have narrowed it down to those aspects that really make the experience different from that of the iPhone."

What incometence are you talking about? A lot of critics of George W. have used nothing but vitriolic hyperbole to talk about incompetence. I have yet to see any evidence that there were any failures to the war other than not finding WMDs. I don't even consider that a failure when one considers the amount of time that...

...the Hussein Regime had to move the weapons, it's no wonder they weren't found. I have yet to hear what was discovered under the Airport. I think some amount of temper is required when speaking on these issues. I have yet to see, hear, or read any--it has all been distemper. Why doesn't try examining the situation without prejudice?

look, i'm from Europe, and the way i see it, Bush = Obama = Democrats = Republicans, they're both puppets of what some call a Shadow Government. If you guys in the USA want a real change, vote for people like Dennis Kuchini, Ron Paul, *Cynthia Ann McKinney or Ralph Nader.*

i forget to tell you that i don't believe in they're incompetence, they all know very well what they're doing, in Iraq war, in the Afghan and Pakistan war, etc etc; just a tip, look for the military bases that the USA are building across those countries and after that read the Obama's mentor book, "The Grand Chessboard" of Zbigniew Brzezinski, then you understand that they're not fools! They're all just plain crazy murderers!

US intelligence budget: $75 billion and 200,000 employees. Fusion centers will have access to classified military intelligence - Wikileaks - https://secure.wikileaks.org/wiki...
"Speaking at San Francisco's Commonwealth Club September 15, Director of National Intelligence Admiral Dennis C. Blair, disclosed that the current annual budget for the 16 agency U.S. "Intelligence Community" (IC) clocks-in at $75 billion and employs some 200,000 operatives world-wide, including private contractors. In unveiling an unclassified version of the National Intelligence Strategy (NIS), Blair asserts he is seeking to break down "this old distinction between military and nonmilitary intelligence," stating that the "traditional fault line" separating secretive military programs from overall intelligence activities "is no longer relevant.""

The policy (pdf) specifies that such a referral is supposed to occur whenever “invocation of the privilege would preclude adjudication of particular claims,” as it is poised to do in this case, and when the “case raises credible allegations of government wrongdoing.” The plaintiffs in the case allege that their communications were subject to unlawful “dragnet” collection by the National Security Agency. Somewhat artfully, the government denies that any such collection occurred “under the Terrorist Surveillance Program,” implicitly allowing for the possibility that it may have occurred under some other framework."

"November 08, 2009 -- "TMS" -- Paris, November 3, 2009 – It is possible that the creation of an all-professional American army was the most dangerous decision ever taken by Congress. The nation now confronts a political crisis in which the issue has become an undeclared contest between Pentagon power and that of a newly elected president. Parack Obama has yet to declare his decision on the war in Afghanistan, and there is every reason to think that he will follow military opinion. Yet he is under immense pressure from his Republican opponents to, in effect, renounce his presidential power, and step aside from the fundamental strategic decisions of the nation."

US Generals Flood Israel for Exercise against ‘Specific Threats' : Information Clearing House - ICH - http://www.informationclearing...
"November 08, 2009 "(IsraelNN.com) -- 11/03/09 -- An unprecedented number of American generals, along with 1,400 U.S. army soldiers, are participating with top IDF brass in the high-level Juniper Cobra military exercise that one U.S. Navy commander said is aimed at “specific threats.” Public affairs officials interrupted the naval commander in order to divert the conversation from the scenario of Israel attacking Iran’s nuclear facilities and defending itself from a counter-attack. One senior IDF source told BBC magazine, “I've never seen so many American generals.”"

"Some have downplayed the importance of these revelations, pointing out that many of the proposals are already law in some jurisdictions such as the UK and US. But that misses the point: ACTA is about *exporting* the worst aspects of existing copyright legislation to those major economies around the world where they are not yet implemented. It's the classic ratchet effect that always moves legislation in a direction favourable to the content industries, and never sees corresponding moves in favour of consumers."

In many of these markets, the $15 to $25 price differential compared to Windows XP makes all the difference."
