This road is known to be dangerous with no enforced restrictions on speed etc. Problem is with parents parking to pick up and drop off children from school. At both ends of the day parents park and block access to residential houses,block access for emergency vehicles, blocking crossings and junctions, taking up residential parking spaces, and blocking service layby. In addition, residents are being abused by parents who can't find spaces (swearing,threats and car damage), polite signs are being torn down, and children are being put at risk by running around on the road when vehicles are speeding. The traffic lights on Coulsdon Road, Caterham have "come adrift". The lights that are visible to traffic heading towards Tesco from the Tally Ho pub end have turned around and are showing to traffic heading towards the Tally Ho pub. At times, due to the phasing of the lights, both red and green signals are showing to the same lane of traffic. I am amazed there hasn't been an accident yet.
