signal/noise from a social web otaku/entrepreneur/geek lost on the fringe of the expat route [helvetica + photography + poken + japan]
@pacificIT cable TV :-)
RT @SteveCase: Shots Of Facebook’s Upcoming Redesign http://www.techcrunch.com/2009...
@pacificIT temporary place 700+ channels, only 150 free, 7 interesting. Web is better :-)
RT @iguchi: Sekai Camera 2.0 Conference 3:00 pm - 5:30 pm 12/02 2009 http://www.apple.com/jp...
Watching Newsline on NHK World. Nice link with Japan. #fb
@PhilJ LOL ^^ I'm sure it's worth it. Enjoy your day!
Very interesting comment by @drzuco on the Twitter business model http://paulpapadimitriou.com/twitter...
RT @TechCrunch: 6 Reasons Why Twitter Japan’s Subscription Model Might Work (In Japan) http://www.techcrunch.com/2009...
I wish I could go out and have fun instead of working tonight... #rethink #hawaii #limousine http://www.flickr.com/photos...
@Orli same feeling here. They were trying to go open source, but don't know where that stands right now.
@steve_e I'm sure. It's way more ingrained in the net culture in Japan to pay. The success of mobile books is impressive.
@augieray thanks for the RT/mention!
@robinwauters pareil, natif de Geneve, Suisse ;-) as my name doesn't say ^^ @TravelingGeeks seems fun, only tried @Geeksonaplane so far.
@danbec agreed, but will the mind of Twitter subscribers follow the one of newspapers. Not sure.
Missing that one :-( RT @SarahPrevette: Sprout Up London on Dec8th w/ @GaryVee RSVP http://sproutuplondon.eventbrite.com/
@steverubel hope to meet you there, think we've got some friends in common. Enjoy your day!
@tuneintokyo I think I wouldn't either. But model could suit Japan, esp. for exclusive coupon deals. @dannychoo
Twitter Japan To Introduce Paid Premium Accounts Next January - http://www.techcrunch.com/2009...
@robinwauters my pleasure. Was afraid you were all sleeping in the US ;-) Will you be at @LeWeb?
@robinwauters French speaking?
@steve_e IMO, Japan, as Korea, is more ready to pay for content, if done smartly. It's in the net culture. Now, it's still a gamble.
@ashuttleworth thanks Andrew ^^
@danbec Exactly, but doesn't solve how the fee will be used. What happens if I don't open any premium links in a month?... http://schmiddi.posterous.com/obama-g...
@robinwauters as usual, the man is a machine, I don't know how he does it ;-)
@robinwauters Thanks for the mention ^^ (I think Serkan is sick, he would have beaten me writing on this ;-)
Not everyday I'm mentioned in TC ^^ RT @TechCrunch: Twitter Japan To Introduce Paid Premium Accounts http://www.techcrunch.com/2009...
@mikebutcher Safari, by a long shot :-)
The first ever thought marketplace, says @danbec http://eurostarclient.com/2009... Twitter Japan to Charge Users http://paulpapadimitriou.com/twitter...
