"I don’t know about polyphasic sleep (a little too extreme for me), but I was going to suggest biphasic sleep, which I tried myself for 30 days. I had great results with this one! I also tried the “no TV for 30 days” several years ago and to this day I rarely feel like watching TV anymore – there are exceptions, but for the most part I pretty much don’t watch TV. I voted for “no meat”, though. I also did that. (Yes, I do a lot of 30 day trials!)"
