@vmw_workstation Bought WS6.5 thru VMWare store on Oct. 6th, still didn't get email for promised free upgrade to v7. What's wrong?

Bought VMWare Workstation 6.5 just 3 weeks ago. Now v7 is out, and they expect me to pay another $99 to upgrade. I'd rather rot in hell...
