"I agree - these meetings should also be public domain. I think it's less important who's camera shot it than that it's an open meeting of our government (the contents of which form a special kind of public domain). The law is probably pretty fuzzy on this, but I think C-SPAN should just make them available anyway, as a public service in fulfillment of their mission."
