I was stressed last week as we are having work done on Kevin's office, and I was on a time crunch to get his office painted between the demolition of the closet/new walls going in, and the installation of the hardwood floors on Monday. In the past choosing colors with Kevin has been a long process and I was a little anxious. In the midst of all this was prep and talk of FriendFeed beta all around me so I was thinking about FriendFeed even more than usual. So Friday night I had this odd dream where we were working on colors for Kevin's office, but somehow due to FriendFeed a portal had opened up between Kevin's office and somewhere in Josh Haley's house (Josh, I have no idea why it's in your house, but a portal between California and Australia wouldn't be a bad thing, right?) and now, without ever having seen Josh Haley's house I needed to take into consideration how the colors in Kevin's office would look through the portal and whether they would clash with Josh's room. HA HA HA HA! This is funny for 2 reasons... 1- Just because. 2 - I live in Houston, Texas. My fellow FFundercats podcaster Johnny Worthington lives in Australia. now I have to think maybe you dreamed about his house now :( Either way, you are spending way too much time on FriendFeed. Josh, I'm just confused in general. But it was your office cause I remember saying to Kevin that it had to coordinate with Josh's house. In the dream I was thinking New Zealand, I was later corrected to Australia, but you know... we are all confused. If your office is Indigo that just might coordinate. I'm taking photos of the whole remodel process, so I have plenty of photos to compare too. I think the bigger question here though is when is FriendFeed going to release portals? Kevin has a blue wall now, it has a little more red in it than indigo, but isn't too far off. The paint company calls the color "Flying Fish". - Rachel Lea Fox

Um... just for full disclosure, my office (here in Australia) use to be the old granny flat before the renovations. The family before us let the 17 year old paint the room how ever he wanted... Until I repaint it, the current colours are: Fire engine red roof, 2 x light blue walls, 2 x lemon yellow walls and the columns in the corners are painted dark blue... It's like someone stuck a stick of dynamite in a clown's mouth and lite the fuse... - Johnny
