Mostly on Hulu. I don't have a TV (at least with cable). Also I watch lots of HBO shows on DVD. - Chris Messina
Either I catch Indian television on the TV (analog cable sucks!) or for western shows I turn to torrents. - Rahul Das
+1 Rahul. - Yuvi

At home via satellite link. Also torrents for the latest series. - Mo J.
at home, mostly 720p HD .mkv files. :) - roel
Haven't watched something on an actual TV for at least 2 or 3 years. But in terms of TV shows--torrents for me. I wish Hulu worked in Aus. - David Adam
Digital over the air to my tv or to SageTV. - Roberto Bonini
These companies are missing a huge opportunity imo. I'm willing to support their monetised method of providing TV via the web, but instead I'm literally forced to take the illegal route. (Well, I presume Hulu is monetised via ads- I wouldn't know though as I can't use it) - David Adam
Hulu, if they make it available immediately, or showcase, otherwise eztv.it... - timedalkat via twhirl
From the article: "Also, with your next update for your Xbox 360, you’ll also have access to another option to access Netflix streaming. MediaMall Technologies has a media server app, PlayOn, in beta that lets PS3 and Xbox 360 owners stream from online services on their device. This gives you many more options to watch the shows you want, with the quality you’ve come to expect." - Faboo Mama
That's great to know. We don't really watch TV. As of now, we DVR The Office and will do the same when LOST starts again. Otherwise, Hulu, DVDs and torrents have been our friends. It's much better watching episodes back to back opposed to the old model of TV watching. - Faboo Mama
I only watch 1.5 hours a week: True Blood and Entourage - Denis
Phone is OK in a pinch (stuck on a plane, for example). Internet is fine for shorter stuff. I try to limit TV shows to 1-2 per season. Mostly I like to watch movies. But when I do want to watch, I prefer it to be an immersive experience, so it's most likely on a big screen with surround sound. - £ogical €xtremes
Don't really watch a great deal of TV. I watch some football, documentaries and current affair stuff now and then plus shows like Heroes. I've used BBC iPlayer a few times but picture quality is low (though it is a great service!). - Kol Tregaskes
If the Mr. has the tv on, and if I'm around, I sometimes get snared, but I don't watch tv otherwise. Since we work different shifts and don't have the same days off, I have proven to be very elusive prey; the bedroom tv will turn itself on in an attempt to trap me. - MiniMage LightBlueRanger
Hulu, network sites, or download something I may have missed that's not shown on the internet. I barely watch the actual TV unless it's a video game on the screen. - Outsanity
Using DVR on my 50" TV. - Wensleydale Scoble
on my 37" TV or online. no ability to record anything. that's annoying at times but in the long run, probably for the best. i already watch more TV than i should. - pea ♥☆♥☆♥
don't have a tv -- just two 25" iMacs. mega and i watch everything on pbs.org, surfthechannel.com, and hulu. - J450N
I ended up with a 56 or 57 inch tv (its a long story) with the exception of the sci-fi channel on Tuesdays and Fridays and FSC/GoalTV over the weekends I don't use it that much. - J. Abdul-Qahhar
Hulu, youtube, NBC online. We don't have cable. We watch football on the weekends with rabbit ears. - Laura Norvig
Internet only. 'Illegal sources' included. - Zu aka ElijahBailey
DirecTV and online including Hulu, NBC, ABC & Fox - David Ward
Only Briefly at BestBuy, to check on the Bronco's Game. - Paul W. Swansen
Movies on cable (I like TCM). The rest on Hulu. If I could find another way to get TCM delivered to me I'd probably cancel my cable. - Al Stevens
mostly on DVR, including football, which I start watching 20-30 minutes in so I can skip commercials. - Stephanie•CogSciLibrarian
I stream it online: Hulu, alluc.org, or sidereel.com b/c my toddler takes over the tv in the evenings :) Tho, when Lost begins again we'll have to figure something out b/c that shows gets my full attention :) I sometimes do torrents but it's rare. - zoblue (Zulema ❤'s you)
I download tv episodes.. Because in my country each season appears 2 months later aprox. - Leandro Ardissone via Alert Thingy

The pic on the left is a great little Belgian pub off of Queens Ave. Live music kicked in at the Irish pub next door and I went over there later. This morning I woke up singing "Dirty Old Town"...I guess it was a good night! Also, not sure why AirMe insists on tagging some photos "Berkeley, CA", but roaming with Vodafone might be part of the problem. My photos seem to queue up forever. I want geotagging and a map view in Photosynth - Nathan Howell
@Tim and @Sprague Both do the first part, geotagging but the second part letting you quickly "find" the person the person taking the picture is missing. - Steve Spalding
I believe the EyeFi only geotags during the upload phase. So if you shot it one place and then upload another, it will be incorrect. The iPhone 3G will geotag photos at the moment they're shot (even if you're indoors it will use the cell tower based approximation). There's at least one iPhone app that I know of that will search for "photos near me". - Paul Reynolds
Yea, I don't think it would be too much of a stretch for an iPhone 3G. In fact, I bet parts of an application like this are floating around in the Apple Store as we speak. - Steve Spalding

How To Tell People They Sound Racist
Play
September 19 at 3:33 pm - Link
Awesome. This applies to all types of discussions. When people are "attacked" with claims of racism, prejudice, hated, ... their first inclination will likely be defensiveness which automatically leads to the "what they are". In general, you don't want to call people out _as_ anything. That's an attack on them. For constructive criticism, it's important to try and keep people from becoming defensive or at least help guide them out of it when they go there. That said, it can be too easy sometimes to just attack out of anger and move on. - ·[▪_▪]·
"The "what they are" conversation is a rhetorical Bermuda Triangle" Brilliant stuff. - Wensleydale Scoble
