Why do they even make it *possible* to put your western transfer cassette in the tank backwards?
Struggling to open lines of communication with google wave bots. So far all I've succeeded in doing is getting some to "join" a blip

Looking for a way to quantitatively compare electrostatic surfaces of proteins. I have continuum electrostatics (DX) files for several proteins. Want to quantitate charge at a given location (residue center of mass?) for comparison purposes. Having trouble mapping DX grid back to structure.
