also, i seriously doubt you have read the constitution more than 3 times, yet you portray yourself as some sort of constitutional scholar. how many times do i have to remind you that 1) the SCOTUS cant even agree on the meaning of the constitution, 2) HALF of the lawyers who "know the law" and argue it in front of the SCOTUS are WRONG. 3) you cant even understand that to a normal, reasonable, rational person "cruel and unusual punishment" includes waterboarding. - polymath22
