I think so because of the ease of tracing the conversations. I was relying on search for that. And yeah, it would have helped to estimate the number in retrospect

It's probably good that FriendFeed rooms, as well as fftogo, did *not* appear on Wednesday. If either, or both, of those items had appeared, it definitely would have changed the results of the day, whether you were Twit-Outting or Twitter Loving. And perhaps FriendFeed or Benjamin would have been accused of knocking Twitter by releasing their applications on that day.

@OE I wonder if they purposely waited a day as not to do that? I would definitely respect.

I agree with the comments it would have been good to see how many did embrace the Twit-Out. And interesting view on the delay in rolling out the rooms, it's possible they held back I suppose!
