Tried to use AT&T's iPhone app today to report data failure and lack of coverage. I was unable to do so - because I had NO coverage.
AT&T allows easier complaints: http://www.engadget.com/2009... Wonder if they'll do anything w/ the info or if I'll feel better imagining they will.
