@JohanvanMierlo It seems hit or miss for me on these con calls alot even though they are in my calendar. Oh well.
@JohanvanMierlo Did I miss the memo? Dialed in 30 minutes late.
@adamzea Ah well, I just noticed my email for that address wasn't downloading. I got the gist of the call though in the last 30 minutes.

Secure your mobile device with a picture! I use Viskey on my old IPAQ, finally there's a version for WM5+ http://www.sfr-software.de/cms...
@DarrenHumphries I switched over to sing with the tenors so I'm having to learn all new parts. Guess you can call me "one of the guys" now.
@DarrenHumphries I sing w/community choir. We're singing the Messiah on Sunday after Thanksgiving & then our holiday concert 2 weeks later.
Re: One site for all your Mobility? - http://www.mobilitysite.com/2009...
"I agree with Steve completely. I'm still pretty well committed to windows mobile and while I like reading through the occasional, high level article about these other devices, I don't want to get bombarded by them - I'm just not that interested in those topics. Using tags (like what Steve has laid out) on articles will help a lot. I wonder if Chris could create tabs on the front page: windows phone; iPhone; Zune; Android; etc, and then the user could click on the tab to review the articles they are interested in reading. The front page space could be used for feature articles." - Prof Julie / jujubean
@DarrenHumphries I use dabr all the time on my old pocket pc. It's great!
@DarrenHumphries Thanks for the confirmation. Guess we should report it to Opera & just avoud using the mobile view for now.
@DarrenHumphries Opera's mobile view setting seems to be the cause of my lockups. Could you try it & see if you have the same experience?
@adamzea I opened up other applications with Opera Mobile 10 running...by pressing my start button. Maybe that was what locked up my phone.
@DarrenHumphries I'm going to look at it some more to see if I can find a pattern.
@DarrenHumphries Opera Mobile 10 beta installed & looks nice, but locks up my phone. Seems buggy. I'm going back to 9.5

"I really don't like all these pink gadgets that look like they are made for 12 year olds..but I'd take a fire engine red gadget any day of the week." - Prof Julie / jujubean
@freitasm I prefer to use Yahoo's mobile website. Why install a client to my phone, when there's a mobile website that works pretty well?
@DarrenHumphries and just in time for Christmas too!
@DarrenHumphries No, every time you get an app from the marketplace it'll still install to main memory & you'll need to move it.
@DarrenHumphries Let the marketplace install the app to main memory, then use sktools to move it to your storage card.
@EricHicks I agree, but it is a workaround until MS comes around. (I prefer to get apps in other places)
Finally! Get WM 6.0 & 6.1 Marketplace for Mobile client: http://mobile.microsoft.com/windows...
Because they can ... RT @MikeTemporale: Why do people feel the need to use their gps on the daily drive to work?
@markbriggeman Thanks, I'll do that!
Booked Airline reservations to The Netherlands for August 2010. Need to figure out GPS choices, SIM w/data choices....and lots more.
@Luangpor Congratulations on your new addition. What a sweet face!
@JohanvanMierlo yeah, silly that you can't download the client from the Marketplace but you can some place else. What is MS waiting for?
@JohanvanMierlo well I've used the Marketplace app on my WM6.1 phone that I got some place else ;)
Hey! You can browse & purchase apps for a WM6.1 phone from the Windows MarketPlace directly from a computer now! https://marketplace.windowsphone.com/Default...
