Starting now - I will host personal blogs for my friends on my Amazon EC2 and CloudFront for 3% of your adsense revenue. feel free to approach me for details.
You probably wouldn't want to be my friend, then: 3% of $0 is $0.
- DGentry
Denton - why would that matter? if you don't generate traffic, it doesn't cost me any extra :)

Wait, doesn't storage cost something on EC2 even if the blog doesn't have traffic?
- Morton Fox
Morton - you get 160GB of instance storage for the OS and whatever temporary files on /dev/sda - if the instance crashes or is shut down for more than a certain period of time, it disappears - you also can use amazon's elastic block store (which uses S3 as a backup via "snapshots" and also is redundant by default) to create new scsi disks of any size that are charged at $0.10USD per gigabyte per month, plus $0.10 per 1 million I/O requests. essentially nothing

Susan - feel free to poke me via twitter or facebook if you want to do this :) better than having to shell out monthly and you get a hell of a lot smarter tech support
