Just scheduled a day of tweets. Now going to Harrods!
IMHO, there's just something wrong to the core with this practice. Is this what Twitter has become?

That is not what twitter is, but I believe this is a unique case for him, since he is promoting his site.

No matter what his motives are, I always enjoy what he posts/tweets.

Scheduling tweets is all about making each tweet productive, resourceful, etc. to his followers. It's pretty simple to understand, I think. It's impractical and ineffective to sit and manually tweet. Scheduling tweets when your followers will be online to see or read the tweets makes good common sense based upon my experience. Tweeting radomly without thought and only at the tweeters or writers leisure will be overlooked in most follower's twitter timelines.
