@spaz Even tried deleting c:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Adobe\AIR\ELS\Spaz.AIR\ as well. Recreated/no visible window
@spaz Spaz isn't launching a visible window, debugger shows Adobe_AIR!RuntimeInstaller loop, AIR works, reinstalled spaz no change;any ideas?
sigh...sometimes the soln is too simple
calls2execute a hibernated program redirected to restore removed linkages with prompt 2 user "please wait...etc" launching app when complete
by hibernating an application I mean remove & store registry entries,file associations & explorer hooks,leave files,intercept calls2execute
Since windows has information on how often a program is used and the msi/msp files why can't it prompt for uninstall or hibernate them?
The default for a firewall prompt that asks to allow access should be no IMHO.
delousing a dell

Want to try out woopra on my raq2 -- working on mapping network drive to it as well to play more with Proto. All and all a fruitful day ...
Reconfiguring my network -- playing with my trusty Raq2 intending to host via dynamic dns -- not that my ip.addr changes that often.

hmmm maybe a lil less peat pot and a lil more pressing... paper looks ancient though :)
proto inherently useful, still haven't taken it for a full run but impressed so far... Want to watch all screencasts before further testing.
/reaally/ excited to tryout proto, a fast text based filemanager that looks extremely powerful. http://miechu.pl/proto...
Of course the Yankees won... I know because my roommate is freaking out right now :)
I'd be lost without process explorer -- www.sysinternals.com
paper project continues: 4 envelopes&&a peat pot|shred, boil, blend, drain|pat flat on wax paper, sprinkle with spice|blot|flip, press|dry|ignore
woopra is impressive... a lil javascript goes a long way providing live tracking & analytics ... free beta in progress http://www.woopra.com
aha...got it! handiwipes work well to wick up the excess moisture without sticking to my homemade paper that's drying on the kitchen counter
