Unless every one who responded to Louis Gray's "survey" about Flash is a yes (wo)man, the overwhelming majority is against Flash into pages, yet I can not get this message across to people who want to build sites. Not only do they want full Flash and music but refuse Skip Intro or even navigation links on home page.

recommend the youtube ultimatum: if they want to use multimedia, put it in youtube video. then at least there is a flash embed that doesn't make anyone want to claw their eyes out :)
