it's usually not the dogs fault. A dog bred to hunt will never be happy in a yard every day and it will bark. A hound bred to run down predatory animals should bark and drive people crazy. Dogs are easy to breed for special tasks. I should say the guy made it harder for himself when he refused to identify himself and say why he was taking photos, and what sorts of photos he was taking. A little bit of courtesy would have gone a long way. Still, threatening to submit someone to the FBI's hit list and calling him a terrorist photographing for the Al-Qaeda just isn't right. Plus, if you're in law enforcement and you're spouting off about the London bombings, you ought to know their specific details, not state fiction as fact. - Raoul Pop
