Early adopters target, for a browser, is a damn good thing. Bug hunting and squashing is far more simpler than, say, a IE thing.

Yes, this would be nice. I depend on FriendFeed to pull all my content from around the Web into my feed. I only makes sense that Viddler should be supported by FriendFeed.

Well, then you didn't see my point. Agreed that that way works. But often times I share first, then want to add a note.

Your workflow calls for "Share with note" which will share it AND add a note. It's not a two step process, it's just one step. The functionality to add a note to an existing shared item isn't there. And yes, that's lame.

I am definitely getting duplicates from different shared feeds with different notes. More disturbing is that it seems GReader isn't showing all my items unless I click feed by feed.

actually I see now that Seesmic has the same member n ame so I can go look you up there, but see, there are a zillion comments, so why would I go to the bottom of that huge queue! that's actually a puzzle I've always had about YouTube comments. They just don't seem coherent and legible when there are gadzillions of them.
