The milk chocolate column with white chocolate accents has a disc of chocolate sponge on the bottem, spread with chocolate ganache - then filled with raspberry swedish cream, fresh WC & garnished with 3 chocolate curls. The plate is decorated with tempered chocolate petals filled with mango puree & striped w/ raspberry syrup."
