@Jim_Croft My complaint is bibliographic citations are dumped in dc:relation as strings, rather than parsed into elements (title, vol, etc.)

@dimus I wonder whether "experts and laymen" is a little broad. http://stackoverflow.com has a focussed community, and is a huge success
