basically I look at all new posts in list view and scroll down and expand only the interesting ones. I star ones i want to remember (or one's I want to go back and read if I don't have enough time) and go on. Mark all as read as I go. - felix

I was up to 233, then just cut it back to 60 last night - I was just scrolling past a lot of them anyway.
