Okay folks, here's a novel question: What's the best way to tell some people you've let them down. I mean, do I gather them all together and make a dramatic moment out of it? Or do I repeat it to each of them individually, each time feeling more disappointed with myself?

General question (It's a Monday thing!) What is the best thing about having a bicycle?
Let me quantify this. I bought a bike yesterday for the first time in about 15 years.

Exercise out doors -- I could never get my mind around running and visiting a gym is so unrewarding-- it also gets me some great opportunities to take pictures that I would never otherwise have.

When I was 4 I believe I saw a clown poltergeist come into my room shove and shove a bottle of medicine down my throat on Christmas Eve. I vomitted all the way to my parents room as I flew out of the top bunk. I did not open a single present Christmas day
