Point of Order: I have been a long time listener of Twit (This Week in Tech) and have to say that Leo has reached a new low. During what was an amusing discussion about the Windows 7 'party', they joked about inviting Steve Jobs and Leo joked about not giving him the Liver Pate! Apologise Leo!
Chopped Liver is blasphemous! How dare he make fun of a corporate CEO and the reverence/hysteria paid to his presence? C'mon this is Leo, he meant it in obvious jest and he of course loves Apple. I guess Dear Leader and his minions wouldn't approve. Stick with Daniel Dilger if you have such thin skin about El Jobso or Apple.

I like and admire Leo but you have to admit that he has 'dodged the bullet ' again. I mean the whole Palm 'screw you!' Pre incident was wrongly blamed on Mike Arrington. I acknowledge the previous comments graciously but still believe it was a cheap jibe made at the expense of Mr.Jobs

@Matthew DeVires I too am a fan like you but I reckon that sometimes you have to say something, when it is clear that someone has been unfairly slighted. So I guess Steve Jobs would have a good old chuckle, so no harm done, I hope that is the case. If any one is putting Leo under a bus, it is himself, I on the other hand would just simply like to see some sort of acknowledgement that it was a slip and a genuine apology made.

Did we hear the same pod cast 'Dummy Contract' ?
- Kevin J Hatton
Well I don't feel 'Internet Slighted' but then again I have no idea what that would look like lol. I respect your point of view of course and thank you for your contribution.

Its Leo's show, he's gained enough experience and respect in this industry to do whatever he wants. Besides, it was a joke. Its what Leo does well - mix his own humor with his tech news broadcast. Jobs is no god, he deserves no better treatment than any other man. Tell ya what, when Jobs apologizes for misleading shareholders, then we will consider him to be worthy of respect. Until then, spread the pate thickly.
- JCunwired
very poor form. meh, I don't give a lick about Leo anyway so no big deal for me.

A mixed message there? @jcunwired No Jobs is not a god, he is a man battling with his health and Leo is an experienced broadcaster. Are you saying though that Steve Jobs is fair game because a few people think he may have mislead shareholders? Are you actually saying that a lack of respect means that we can make dumb jokes about his health?
- Kevin J Hatton
I'm saying that he's fair game, just like anyone else. You Mac Heads can kowtow all you want, he's just a man (who mislead shareholders).
- JCunwired
Yeah I am a MacHead but not a blind Apple/Jobs fan boy! I would be of the same opinion if this was Bill Gates or anyone come to that. Yes he is just a man, no argument from me there.
