Workout recap for 2009. I made it to the gym 358 of 365 days, 393 hours of cardio training or 1790 miles on the eliptical trainer.

Pedometer Recap for 2009. 5 million steps (13,000 per day) for a total of 2,296 miles. Since I started logging my steps in May of 2008, I've walked 3,587 miles (walking from Portland Oregon to Portland Maine would 3,100 miles).
