S&P is well above its historic avg P/E of ~15. But AAPL is even below that. Net the ~ $100B cash from AAPL price, and its P/E is below 12.
Compared to the current average P/E ratio of the S&P 500 (22.6), AAPL (P/E: 14.5) is about 35% *undervalued*. Would be $793/share at PE 22.6
