@uniquelysteph I doubt they'll give me the same credit line I had with the card they canceled. Their 'mistake' works to their advantage.
@uniquelysteph American Express gave me song and dance and took my application for a new card over the phone. Sounds like a scheme.

My July statement from American Express says 'account canceled at your request.' Huh, I never canceled the account.
