I'd say that SBs have an advantage because they arn't afraid of trying different apporaches & tools. #smsb

Smaller bizs don't nessisarily suffer from that as much. If they chang etheir minds, it's on one or two folks. #smsb

Brand chatter is a great thing, but if you're looking for a specific outcome, you need to identify how you're going to get there. #smsb
