Stephen im sitting in the quietest airport in the country down here in Norfolk, reflecting on spending 2 incredible days with 500 of our nation's warriors. the topic was resilience from combat to home and back to combat. I learned and experience a lot that will take several days to process and implement.

If you're still up use the time to reflect on the day. What are you grateful for? What will you do different tomorrow to achieve your greatness? Go to bed focusing on having a GREAT day and accomplishing your ambitions. Goodnight I have a 6am start time to make the impossible possible.

Here I sit in my hotel room working on a video conference with the Pentagon using 19th century technology. It took the hotel 3 days to find an ISDN line. Now Verizon is looking for someone who knows how to activate it. Our Government remains strong by using outdated technology that everyone has forgotten about.
