I don't, mostly because I drank a lot when I was younger and it makes me feel not so good now. So I drink coffee which doesn't do that.

Wife and I are talking about it because the company she works for just created/started selling one and she doesn't understand why I like this one but not most others. She thinks it's my age because I drank them when I was younger but not now. So I want to see who and what ages like/dislike energy drinks :)

I don't usually drink them; my main reason is that they taste terrible. It's like a cross between grapefruit juice, pixie stix, and watered down Pepto-Bismol. Every once in a while (maybe once a year, if not once every couple of years), I'll be in a situation where I need to perk up quickly after being awake for way too long, and I'll drink a couple to get through a few hours. The last time I did that was when I was moving.

If they tasted better, I'd probably drink them more often (maybe once a month), but the secondary reasons of it not providing actual sustainable energy like sleeping/eating/exercising and the huge cost are still limiting factors to regular usage.

I drink them, usually about 2 cans a day. But only if I've been up the night before, I feel like I playing games, or I just feel like it in the morning..kinda like how people drink coffee in the morning. But, yeah, they do taste like crap..so does coffee ;)

I don't drink energy drinks because my body doesn't react well to Ginseng and does even worse with Echinacea. Aren't many that don't have either one.

Do you guys drink coffee or tea or do you just not need the energy? And Maxamad, I'd definitely disagree about the taste of coffee ;)

Kevin, I've never heard that before. If you don't mind me asking, what do they do to your body?

Mark I totally agree about the short term boost. All the worse when you crash after it!

@Zee Haha, I guess that makes more sense! But no, don't use that either. Handy access if you have multiple apps accounts, but that's it.
