The Hasselblad Multi-Shot System, available with 39 or 50 million pixel sensors, allows you to capture even the slightest nuance of every detail, with definition crisp and clear enough to satisfy the most demanding client or to bring artists, scientists and conservators closer to their subjects than ever. And all this detail is created within the camera, requiring no extensive post-production or alteration. The Hasselblad Multi-Shot System ensures that what was created is faithfully preserved, indoors or outdoors, shooting to CF card or directly to your computer, enabling perfect quality reproductions and securing these works for future generations.

"Evaluating" cloud computing (or any "new" process) is a nice way to sound busy without having to actually do any work, hahaha - http://dilbert.com/strips...
Sacramento (SMF) has had free WiFi for everyone for years (and it is fast!) Google did get SMF on the Give Back program which is cool. Although Burbank didn't have free WiFi until this announcement, I did get it from AT&T as a benefit for having their DSL.Hopefully 'indefinitely' will be more than a few months at Burbank. (Just went back and see that some of the 47 airports already had free WiFi, such as SMF)
- RAD Moose
But this is good, most big city airports don't have free wifi which really sucks. I usually use MPLS or Detroit for transfers so I can spend those few hours on the net now
- Itachi
The Boise airport BOI (I know it's a small airport) also has WiFi Internet - It would be cool though if Google set it up nationally at airports for free! Some current charging providers will not like it though.

Factron iPhone case is a pretty unique metallic jacket for your iPhone. Once your iPhone has been wrapped with the Factron case, you can also stick a lens at the back of where the camera is. By that you can also interchange a variety of lenses to suit different shootings that you want.

If hype were to be believed, the Motorola DROID is the pièce de résistance of the mobile world; the conclusive creation sent down by the Great Smartphone in the sky to rid us of our woes. It would prepare your breakfast promptly each morning, tuck you in at night, and, maybe — just maybe — knock the iPhone down a notch or two.

not sure how that would benefit the masses...non-standardizing web address would just make it more difficult to remember/navigate/advertise...

"So many businesses out there set up a website and then think, “There, that’s done with” and never bother to re-evaluate their website’s design or position in the marketplace. But looking at a website as a static, unchanging bit of advertising will put you at a disadvantage sooner or later. Trends in website design change over the years (and even months). What looked cutting edge in 2006 is going to look incredibly dated in 2009. Even things that were popular in 2008 are starting to look dated (glossy, Web 2.0-ish designs being one case-in-point). In this article we’ll review some of the most important aspects of site redesign, so you can use the information below as a guide for your next redesign."

"More and more, people are relying on RSS feeds for their way to get their news, videos, audio, etc. An RSS Reader is a must-have for anyone who is reading RSS feeds on a daily basis. It provides a way to organize RSS feeds in a way that makes it easier to manage. Before, I reviewed the top three web-based RSS Readers to use. Now, here are three free desktop-based RSS Readers for Mac users:"

Well, it's still buggy so don't feel TOO left out. I just spent 20 min. creating and populating 3 lists and Twitter lost the data for 2 of them. EDIT: Ah, it's more complicated than that. When I view lists, it tells me I have zero in those lists. But when I look in them, they're populated. The two that have that bug are private lists so that might be a factor. Or not.

it should be an option on every tweet, without the need to go page chasing to get to it.

I used to auto follow everyone. But I quickly learned that I am going to be following spam bots and a lot of useless that re tweet random tweets of mine.

"Meet the WikiReader, developed by Openmoko in official collaboration with Wikipedia and available at retail starting today for $99. As the press release says, it's a "palm-sized electronic encyclopedia containing the more than three million English language articles of Wikipedia" that works entirely off-line. In a time when people are raving about e-readers, the Wikireader is a neat little piece of lateral-thinking, being part electronic-book, part e-reader...and having the advantage of instant power-on, and cheap price due to its simple components."

Seesmic, Friendfeed and Twitter next to each other in a test version of Twhirl. Adding tons of Friendfeed experience improvements in there, Marco rocks.
Is twitter's api actually back up at 50 req/hr?

Yes Marco does. Twhirl is becoming my info hub. And if Twitter dies, who cares I'm sure Pownce, Jaiku or whatever could be swapped in

Scoble: Doesn't look like the "2010 web" term is catching on :) The last reference to it on LazyFeed was two days ago, and 4 days ago after that....I hate the term web 3.0 but we might have to go with it, no?
I like the term Live Web for what it seems the 2010 web was trying to communicate. Web 3.0 is more about the data-driven semantic web. FWIW that's how I've interpreted these terms.
- Debi Jones
how about lose the term game and just focus on actual tech?
- Josh Haley
from iPhone
No, it's fluff. "web 2.0" still means nothing. It doesn't help describe anything. At least "2010" describes a specific time period I suppose.
- Josh Haley
from iPhone
2010 web just means the web that we will have next year. A few years after that you don't want to have 2010 web, but something more like the 2013 web. The same way you can look back and see the 1995 web, which is not something you would like to have next year. The web has evolved and websites could try to catch up.
- Peter Stuifzand
I like the term of "the web"...the web is what it is...Adding more services to it doesn't make it a new web. It's not like you are buying a car. My 1999 Honda Accord doesn't get a new name just because I add in a stereo with wifi and Bluetooth.
- Alex Scoble
Andy, I do notice style guides are losing the capital I. Meaning the internet is now a fact of life and not this curiosity that might go away. I think.
