@SamWhited It was supposed to have been a rewrite. MinWin was dropped as deadlines loomed. Only "new" UI is the apple-like taskbar groups

@SamWhited Basically; Windows 7 is Vista+bugfixes; Vista with all SPs is the same as Windows 7, with minimal UI change. Same old kernel too.
