Meanwhile, I'm reading the newspaper online and fighting the urge to comment on a select few stories...
Considering shifting my long run to later in the day, so I can watch the Sounders game that starts at noon.

@mareally Sounds like a good use for a Twitter list. Put the pros on a list and your other folks on another list.
Couldn't convince myself to go running tonight. Maybe the 22-mile run planned for tomorrow will be enough for this weekend.
@AuraMae Watched that movie last night with friends. I agree. Betty White was good in that cute flick.
Back home and debating whether to bother with a run tonight. Maybe just 4 miles...
@lornasutton It's an all-time favorite of ours too! Perfect place to warm up after an afternoon of big waves, rain and wind
Early or first dinner time at the Galway Bay pub in Ocean Shores. Forfar bridie, Guinness and pub crisps. Nom nom nom

Having some tea and cinnamon toast with bread from Wagners in Olympia before we drive to Ocean Shores for birding and wave watching
Predictably I was soaked again on my bike commute home from work. 3 for 3 on the workout to rain ratio...
That was an everything-but-brimstone run. Channeled my inner 12 year old and enjoyed rain, hail, sun. Also unclogged some storm drains.
I have dried off, thought not really warmed up after this morning's wet bike commute. A 6-mile run at noon ought to warm me up, right?
Must leave the office before @tacomachickadee glares at me...
@mudsweatbeers Good tip. Now if I had only thought to bring a towel along on this morning's ride...
Quite a wet bike ride into work this morning. Goal now - get dry and somehow dry my gear for tonight's ride home
An invite code for Brizzly, good for the first 10 people to use it. http://brizzly.com/signup...
It's dinner time - picking a molta carne at The Hub and a pint. Gotta love these off days from running!
Sounds like power surges in downtown Tacoma causing some problems. Elevators getting stuck between floors, etc. Fun. Was a windy bike home
@mudsweatbeers I am just looking to do around 3:30 for the Seattle Marathon. I was training on a dirt track at Mason Middle School
More Verizon shenanigans - They have apparently has doubled their cell phone cancellation fee to $350.
Dear downtown Tacoma dog walkers. My shoes, and Puget Sound, request that you pick up your animal's waste. Thank you.
I am beat. I sense an early to bed time tonight...
