Tetsujin 28-gō the 1950s manga by Mitsuteru Yokoyama, inspired the widely popular anime series "Gigantor" is about to make a comeback. Mamoru Oshii the famed director of such hits as "Ghost in the Shell" and "Patlabor" announced on Friday, that Tetsujin 28-gō would be his next feature film. The series, which has already had one anime movie to it's credit, as well as a very poorly done live-action film, is loved by millions worldwide. It may not be as popular as "Astro-boy", but it still helped give anime the worldwide acceptance that it has today. Now with a name like Mamoru Oshii directing the new feature, we can finally expect a very well done anime movie, that all Tetsujin 28-gō, and Gigantor fans can be proud of.

RT @EverRose: Hubby likes my Snuggie cuz he can wear a blanket and drink beer at the same time.
This kid, gets an Xbox and shows his gratitude completely; it's sad, but this has become a very uncommon occurrence in today's society. Kid the Geek Knights salute you.

Ok, so I really have mixed feelings about this. I was a huge fan of the original four Karate Kid movies, and wile the son of Will Smith and Jackie Chan may be a good combination, did they still really need to remake this? Judge for yourself when it comes out.
