Smart move. I was thinking about the FDIC insurance yesterday while reading some financial news. This would add a lot of confidence to your average middle class families. The question is how to pay for it. It sounds like a good idea to me. This along with the minimum wage ultimately need to be automatically adjusted for inflation.
