Twitter a un taux de pénétration de 0,2% aux usa et pour la France, autant ne pas en parler. Ce qui me laisse penser que faire du customer care ou un programme CRM dédié aux "influenceurs" (bloggers) n'est pas ce qu'elles feront en priorité. Avant Twitter et autres logiciels sociaux à taux d'utilisation si faibles, il y a des canaux web qu'elles doivent travailler (en tout cas pour les marques de grande conso et PME, les startups tech c'est une autre histoire)
