Is it just me or is it always more exciting when there's a bit of rain. The stewards are probably going to get hamilton for that bit in the pits, those were some impressive passes he made later on though.
- Richard Lawler
and now button with some shenanigans on the restart, kol what's up with your UK boys?

lol @ hamilton's reaction when they asked him about the pit incident in the press conference "I don't know what you're talking about" good race

Indeed, I do. I was so jealous when someone posted from the west coast about eating crepes filled with Nutella, whipped cream and strawberries, but there was nowhere I could go for that. I was in Cincinnati yesterday and took advantage of Jungle Jim's proximity to pick up some things I can't find in town, and when I saw crepes (which I will NOT make myself), I nabbed 'em! Now I need the other three ingredients.

Reckon the comments in mutiple languages, I think the love for Nutella is a worldwide phenoma. <3 I think Nutella is the key to world peace. ;)

Nope. Neither the chocolate nor the hazelnut flavor seems to pop out to me, it just tastes sweet. I'd rather have the fresh ground chocolate peanut butter from Whole Foods.

Keyko, stop rebumping same old posts. Now Nutella makes me throw up. Would you still like something that you see 3/4 times per day?
- Apostocosì (Vulvia)
Hi :) I'll write recipes with nutella a.s.a.p :P
- SanalMutfak (M)
No, it's disgusting. The worst such hazelnut cream produced, sticky, oversweet and at the same time flavorless. There are bunches of much better similar creams around, not necessarly hugely more costly: Novi cream is hugely better and still in the same price range!
- Alice Twain
Alice come on... a little spoon of Nutella could make you less ... :P
- Eta
use translate button keiko :) (I know It doesn't perfect)
- SanalMutfak (M)
@Eta, nutella is disgusting. not hazelnut creams. The point is that nutella has next to no hazelnut in, that's part of what makes it so bad. Again, try some better hazelnut creams, stuff that does not feel like sugary glue in your mouth but rather is silky with a distinct taste of toasted hazelnut. You will taste the difference.

It was a fantastic ceremony. One of the best weddings I have ever seen. It was traditional Jewish themed, so I am wearing a yarmulke to match the vest and tie. Lots of great friends from my teenage years.

Louis, I own a yarmulke as well - my wife brought it for me when she visited Israel

+ a million for the whole thread. Looks like you're picking up some admirers here, Louis! Nylissk, we gotta warn you, you're ging after a married man with many admirers. You want a piece of this guy, you're gonna have to get in line - like filing a lien on a house with five mortgages and a line of credit, with outstanding remodeling bills. ;-)

Just showed these to my missus who's been going to yoga for years. Her responses: "can't do that... can't do that... my legs don't do that... can't do that... no idea what that is... can't do that..." Damn.

Micro Four Thirds Cameras Can Now be an Entire System » Photography Bay | Digital Camera Reviews, News and Resources - http://www.photographybay.com/2009...
"The Olympus EP-1 has become an exceedingly popular camera. Besides the mass amounts of media coverage that one sees/reads, they’re very hard to get your hands on as the units move very fast. But besides being able to take pictures, this camera and its relative the Panasonic GH1 shoot video: good quality video too. One of the criticisms of the system is not having lots of lenses available for the system. That criticism is very, very untrue."
- Mel Buckpitt

Awesome. When I saw that you could get an adapter for Nikon F-mount lenses, I was really excited that this camera wouldn't have to require its own set of lenses. Can't wait to get my hands on one of these...
- Cheryl Jones
This might just become the 2nd camera for most DSLR users
- Mel Buckpitt
Could be... The LX3 seems to be the P&S of choice for many DSLR users, but the E-P1 is getting a ton of positive press. The E-P1 really reminds me of a DSLR version of the LX3, actually. Its feature set, including the different film modes, is similar. That's part of the draw for me. :)
- Cheryl Jones
I was thinking the same thing Cheryl. Basically a LX3 that can swap out lens.
- Rodfather
Well, it's noticeably larger than the LX3 which works in that it's easier and more comfortable to operate. But if portability is your ultimate goal, you'll probably want to stick with the LX3 or its more recently rumored successor. Yes, there are a whole slew of lens adapters out or coming out for it but you lose AF and other info unless you stick with the regular or micro 4/3 lenses.
- ronin
@Rodfather: Yeah, the only thing I wish the LX3 had is a longer zoom. Doable with interchangeable lenses. :)
- Cheryl Jones
I'm keeping my eye on the Panasonic GH1 micro 4/3's. I was blown away at the video footage here: http://vimeo.com/4405518. It can record video at 1080p or even 720p @60p. Here's his first impression: http://philipbloom.co.uk/2009.... It's too expensive for me right now though.
- Rodfather
Yeah, when I saw the GH1 a while back I was quite interested in its video capability. But considering I already have the LX3 and D90 which can take take 720p video, I thought getting the GH1 would be unjustifiable. But the E-P1 is totally justifiable. And I totally want one, even if I have to wait for Christmas and beg my family to just give me money to put towards it. :)

from BuddyFeed
The AF is fine for most purposes. It's not the fastest AF but I haven't had it hunt much to obtain focus unless there simply wasn't enough contrast for it to work. I haven't noticed much shutter lag. Olympus apparently put in some effort to get it down to DSLR range and it works fine for me. Overall it feels a little faster than the LX3 but the LX3 wasn't a slowpoke to begin with.
- ronin
@Cecily: You were probably asking about the speed of the AF on the E-P1, but as far as the AF on the LX3, it's pretty fast in general, unless you put it into macro focusing mode. The LX3 has several different AF modes including a high-speed, 1-area mode for sports-type shooting. So it bodes well that the E-P1 is (or feels) faster than the LX3. The D90's focusing when in live mode is...

"supersonic hedgehog and a plumber named Mario may have been unlikely heroes, but they once dominated video games. Only the Japanese could make innovative games like those, developers here used to boast. The West just didn’t get it. Warp ahead 20 years, though, and much of Japan’s game industry is in a rut. Sonic the Hedgehog and Mario still sell games. But more recent Japanese attempts to establish franchises, like White Knight Chronicles from Sony or Monster Hunter from Capcom, have not made a mark in the United States and Europe. Instead, the blockbuster hits now come from the West: Call of Duty and Guitar Hero from Activision Blizzard, for example, and Grand Theft Auto from Take-Two Interactive. That is why a growing group of Japanese game developers are asking a once-unthinkable question: can they learn from the West to get back on top of the $60 billion global video game business?"

The most popular games in Japan are linear, with little leeway for players to wander off a defined path. Nice to meet you, Keiko. Yeah, I bought a set of five on VHS a few years ago. When you line the boxes up next to each other, the spines form a picture of Godzilla. Later, I bought 4 or 5 of the movies on DVD from a friend of mine that was getting rid of most of his DVD collection.

- just ZONED
I love Godzilla. He's been here for decades. My ex loves Godzilla more: ONE of his 18" figures has been on display in his living room for years. When I met him, his annual Christmas decorating involved putting lights on Godzilla, which then made him a "Christmas Godzilla." I bougt him an Xbox game that allowed players to fight as Godzilla or other monsters; we had hours of fun playing with our friends. And now I realize I will have to get those movies.

Yes, Keiko, the original 1954 movie. By the way, Hannibal Smith is a character from the US series "The A-Team". In the opening credits, he could be seen wearing a monster disguise.
