Keep Top posts of your blog as a sidebar link, a reader should find the best content on your site with ease. Use a lot of linkbacks to your own stories if you are writing on related topics. - Ujjwal
Ujjwal - I've just started doing linkbacks recently...I knew it was important, but was always lazy. I have so many posts that there is always something to link back too! - Aseem Kishore
Okay now, i might not know more about SEO and related stuff, but from what i know, i would suggest you follow these: First, create inbound links which showcase your previous posts. Then, add the related posts plugin. I would strongly suggest that you showcase your posts in bullets and other the <H> tags rather than sticking to the mundane paragraphs. - Ranjani Ravi
I also happened to notice that you use the 'read more' option. Frankly speaking, most people are lazy and wouldn't want to read the content. At least i am the kind.Next, use the 'category' tag in your header file (next to the blog title). One more suggestion will be to use the 'top commentators' widget:) - Ranjani Ravi
