...perhaps some CodeRush Template extensions would fit the bill?...

Sure I signed a petition recently to prevent uk 3 strikes law from going ahead...
... without notifying me so I could sign the remaining petition which btw has only 36 signatures because noone was alerted to this happening
@RoyOsherove Notepad = only IDE guaranteed to exist onalmost every windows pc. However... give me VS with CodeRush every time by preference.
