Rob, counterclockwise(ccw) did not worked for me. Meriç, btw, my mouse still works on the same orientation of the monitor. I could not find an option for inverting the axes.

@David - i actually called it awesome. I don't know of another service apart from sweet cron where you can set up a page customize it and have people comment. There's also a section where you add your own stuff manually like messages, blog posts, audio & pictures...give it a try, you'll see what i mean. The closest thing I know to it is swurl.

After having a look to the website I think it's a nice website and another choice between the life streaming services. More or less they are all pretty similar, I don't know about Swurl though. The only different service amongst all these services in my opinion, is rettagr http://www.retaggr.com/ It doesn't have the streaming side of all these services, but it makes a terrific job at being a one stop place where all the services you use are listed. It's an online card and makes some "streaming" of them

hey jeff thanks for the questions - 1) we screen people very thoroughly (we make them send their resume in and then we interview them, just like applying for any other job. Some don't make it. 2) We do a QA check on every one that goes out the door.

Also, I'm concerned and bummed that it asks for so many passwords when it could use safer authorization options. For instance, it rightly uses FF's remote key (rather than password), and should similarly use Google's option for authenticating users via signins on the google.com domain.

just changed my settings to only include the material I post *to* FriendFeed vs. all the comments I make *on* FF. Comments come across in Twitter out of context and for an active FF person would tend to push too much craziness into their Twitter stream.

@Pras, since we crawl for updates, they usually come every 30 min or so. You can always manually refresh to check for updates from your profile page (select the service icon, then click the Refresh link that shows up)

This is awesome! Now I can spam all my tweeps with my Friendfeed activity! More bending, splicing, and tuning of the firehose. Most excellent. UPDATE: Holy crap. This is a POWERFULLY dangerous new feature. Look out Twitter. UPDATE2: Wow. Just. Wow. That's a scary powerful feature. I did find a minor issue when you comment on a twitter post and check send @reply to twitter - results in duplicate post. user best practice to not check @reply I guess.

Oct. 24 (Bloomberg) -- U.S. stocks would stop trading for an hour should the Dow Jones Industrial Average decline 1,100 points to 7,591.25, based on “circuit breakers” imposed by the New York Stock Exchange. December futures on the Dow average were barred from falling further at about 4:30 a.m. today after a drop of more than 6 percent triggered limits on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Once regular trading begins at 9:30 a.m., a one-hour halt will be imposed should the Dow fall 12.66 percent from yesterday’s close. The circuit-breaker rules, which call for a 30-minute halt should the Dow decline 1,100 points in the 30 minutes after 2 p.m., expire at 2:30 p.m. They would bar trading for two hours if the Dow lost 2,200 points.
