Alan, from what I've read you are supposed to be able to use your notebooks but there will be no accounts and also the browser extension will be disabled which makes use of the product more difficult. But I do think every user will easily find viable alternatives without spending too much time on research.

Sasha, I believe the content will still be on Google Video as from what I've read they only disable uploads so enjoying content there will still be possible. So you probably should wait and see if it's the time to be disappointed or too early still.
