"On a lovely summer stroll, the boy and I were headed to finally try out Volunteer Park Cafe for dinner. But alas, we were foiled by the "closed on Monday" sign that happens wayyy too often in this…"

I don't hate any dog, but I disliked Rotties before a tenant of mine got one. That changed my tune... he was an adorable little (and eventually, very big) guy.

i have seen more than one rottweiler mix at the local shelter with this reason for "owner surrender:" too nice.

Edythe: Wow... that's depressing. Good advertising for people looking to adopt, though.
- Roger Benningfield
well, not when they're there to get themselves a mean old rottweiler.

If you have a dog with the hiccups, scaring works just as good as it does on people.

I should get my Dog on here. Boxers FTW.

I demand an Amiga interface! That and make it work with Mosaic.

Man, why don't people make apps for phones with at least 1% market share.

The new iPhone interface is the reason why I sign myself up in FriendFeed. It's excellent but it'll be even better if the links open up in a new page.
- Nestor
Aside from the Ajax-isms, FriendFeed essentially turns any browser into Lynx. Perhaps that's why we love it so much.

@James: the iPhone page works well on both my Nokia N82 and the N810 internet tablet

Very interesting for several reasons: 1) Have used Mail2FF before and loved it, 2) Very cool that Gary Burd is now a FF employee, 3) LOL at James O'Malley's comment, 4) Welcome Nestor!, and 5) Scoble's Google Reader shared items get a lot of comments.
- Mike Reynolds
commenting on the iPhone FF from my iPhone, pretty slick. Now I just need more followers!
- Bryan Thatcher
It's interesting to see all of the "Designed for iPhone" interfaces appearing, since one of the big talking points when the iPhone was launched was how it used a regular browser and didn't need sites designed for mobile.
