интересно, что лучше и правильней в плане развития выносливости и поддержания общего тонуса - более энергичный бег на короткие дистанции (3 км на 13-14 минут) или на 10-12 км за час? я в итоге выбрал первое, просто потому что быстрее, а так особой разницы, вроде, не заметил. - лето ближе с каждым днем
