Except that at this current point in time pot is illegal, right or wrong, and he is a public figure/role model. I don't think that a bong hit should blacklist the kid but he showed a pretty big lack of intelligence in doing it where he could be photographed. Also his apology statement was a joke.

He was totally stupid for doing it where he could be photographed. I think that any celebrity deserves the right to being a normal human being, but it's their fault when they jeopardize their privacy on their own.

Didn't Barack Obama admit to twisting a few spliefs? The kid swam, and won on camera. Period. He was amazing. (Though- it IS a rotten example to kids. Not many can smoke and excel. )
