emotionally charged events such as this tragedy are exactly WHEN our system of government & justice are most important - and where every right, including the right to remain silent is even more important & vital. Note that two people were mentioned as being detained - and then later released - such a rush to judgement could have compounded the tragedy further still. - Shannon Clark
