Make no little plans. They have no magic to stir men’s blood and probably themselves will not be realized. Make big plans; aim high in hope and work, remembering that a noble, logical diagram once recorded will never die, but long after we are gone will be a living thing, asserting itself with ever-growing insistency. Remember that our sons and... - http://social.aking.ca/post...
[Steve Jobs] is a design dictator of the company. And it’s fortunate for Apple and the world in general that they have him, because without his iron hand, the company would soon devolve back into a political, consensus-driven company. It would still have great products from a certain point of view, but I doubt that they would ever have the... - http://social.aking.ca/post...
If you care about saving downtown Brantford, be at City Hall tonight! Motion is on the table to delay the demolition of historic Colborne Street + the Pre-confederate Block!
Good design is innovative. Good design makes a product useful. Good design is aesthetic. Good design helps us to understand a product. Good design is unobtrusive. Good design is honest. We finally..."

"Particularly liked Jan Vander Stelt's comment on the Brant News article about the Colborne St. debt scenario: http://www.brantnews.com/news... Near the bottom of the comment (currently), Jan said: "The City of Brantford's efforts to reconstruct its core must be built on a solid foundation of history, fact, feasibility, and fiscal responsibility. It must not be built on assumptions, conjecture, past mistakes, and political ego-boosting. Mr. Mark Littell would never have based his own businesses on such a dubious foundation. Why should you?" Amen, Jan. Amen."
