"One Firefox tool popular with Web developers is the Firebug extension, which permits detailed analysis of a Web site. Although Chrome lacks an extensions ability for now, right-clicking on Web page elements offers an "inspect element" option that reproduces some of Firebug's abilities."

This reminds me of some of the titanic Borg-Mac Wimbledons of my youth. Seemed to have some of the more energetic New York flavour of some of the Agassi-Sampras US Opens too.

"According to Net Applications, which monitors browser usage at major Web sites, Firefox 3 rapidly ascended to what I'd call force-to-be-reckoned-with status, something Web designers shouldn't be ignoring. For comparison, Apple's Safari had 6.25 percent share in May, and Opera had 0.71 percent."

Interesting positioning for RIM - The iPhone is good for us, as its growing the market and a segment of this market insists on a keyboard. I'd say a portion of this market also insists on a useable web browser which RIM still hasn't released. If RIM can release a device with a keyboard AND a great web browser they'll be set. If Apple can find a good way to include text entry on the iPhone they'll be sitting pretty as well.
