"Hi! I've never used either of them, but from what I've read the "Horse Power Nail Fertilizer" is a treatment that is supposed to make your nails grow. It contains nutrients and silica. You're supposed to apply it to clean dry nails for 7 days and then repeat for 4 weeks. Their oil treatment is for your cuticles and is similar to the one I use. I use my oil treatment even on top of lacquer because I'm living in NYC right now and it's so cold, everything dries up :( But according to what I read about the one from Butter London, it has coconut, pineapple and a lot of vitamins in it.
