"@Mo: as I wrote before my written Dutch is not too good… so I’ll answer in English again – (feel free to ask for a reply in Dutch – but better by email as I don’t want to try that publicly…) The all-in-one-file thing is a concept on purpose which has lots of advantages: simplicity, first of all, easy transfers (between servers, devices, storage media or by email). All you need to access your content is a modern web browser. That’s all – no internet connection, no additional applications, plugins, no special operation system (-version) or hardware. Every other solution (except a different all-in-one-file approach) has additional requirements: a web application (like evernote) requires at least a browser and web access. So please forgive me for answering in English… I just stepped in for a little completeness. You might also be interested into the place to find documentation and resources for TiddlyWiki users and developers, the TiddlyWiki Google Group and some examples of sophisticated high end stuff like “MonkeyGTD”, “MPTW” or London based Osmosoft’s Open Source work in progress. I also want to mention the possibility to set up a server based TiddlyWiki in many different “flavours” for free at “tiddlyspot”. Last but not least: you also might follow the unofficial TiddlyWiki community stream on Twitter. TiddlyWiki rocks! cheers, schilke"
